Call to Worship

Leader: Our God is a God of salvation, and to God, the Lord, belong deliverances from death.

People: Bless God in the great congregation, the Lord, O you who are of Israel's fountain!

Leader: Awesome is God from his sanctuary;

People: The God of Israel—he is the one who gives power and strength to his people.

Leader: You who fear the Lord, bless the Lord!

REFLECTION ON GOD’S LAW

Leader: You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.

People: This is the great and first commandment.

People: For although there may be so-called "gods" in heaven or on earth…yet for us there is one God.

People: What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God.

People: Let your "yes" be yes and your "no" be no, so that you may not fall under condemnation
